For you if

  • You’re craving a creative outlet that you can practice solo, with a group, and from home.
  • You’re drawn to art and mindfulness events that help you slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with what nourishes you.
  • You’ve been looking for collage classes for adults that support both expression and well-being.

Creative Wellness Studio is a monthly creative co-working space for anyone craving gentle structure, community, and a little artful accountability.

Held on the last Sunday of every month, this virtual gathering blends light facilitation with a feel-good playlist.

Bring your collage materials, your journal, your in-progress art project—whatever work needs your attention.

No critiques, no perfectionism—just steady time, gentle community, and a nudge to finish that thing you came to do.
