As founder of Nourish—a creative studio for learning by doing—she designs experiences that invite people to reconnect with themselves, to find each other, and try something new.
A student of Black American history, Michaela is also the creator of Black Her Stories (BHS), a platform that celebrates the creative power of Black women. Through a podcast, essays, and gatherings, BHS uplifts narratives that stir the radical imagination and explore liberatory ways Black communities care for one another and Mother Earth.
